Alefest was a blast. Despite the wrong address being listed on their website, and an extreme lack of parking. My ISP is down today for maintenance. Why they choose to do this during normal business hours (EST) is beyond me. Not technology related, but my first attempt at making Sushi. I think it went pretty well, and it was real good ; )
It’s called ‘Sticky Rice’ for a reason, that is for sure. I need to practice putting it on the Nori, as mine ended up pretty thick, thus large rolls.
